I have now dealt with Ally on three occasions. She is always friendly helpful and does her best to get you the best she can. Ally is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that are easy for someone who is not overly familiar with the mortgage lingo to understand. I will continue to go to Ally for all my mortgage needs in the future she definitely gets 5 stars in my opinion.
